Hello again Cowboys and Cowboy Families,

Just a friendly reminder that we start off the 2026-2027 year with our annual Student Registration. Below and attached are the schedules for our upcoming Student Registration, as well as our Freshmen Orientation. Additionally, please see the attached UPDATED Senior Activities Flyer. 

Student Registration Schedule:

July 29th (Wednesday): Incoming Senior Registration Day
July 30th (Thursday): Incoming Junior Registration Day
July 31st (Friday): Incoming Sophomore Registration Day
August 3rd (Monday): Incoming Freshman Registration Day
August 4th (Tuesday): Make-Up Registration Day (All Grades)

 

Each day of registration will follow the same hourly schedule:
8:00 am - 9:00 am: Student Last Name Beginning with Letter A-G
9:00 am - 10:00 am: Student Last Name Beginning with Letter H-R

10:00 am - 11:00 am: Student Last Name Beginning with Letter S-Z


Freshmen Orientation Schedule:

August 5th (Wednesday): Freshmen Orientation from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm in the CHS Hargrove Gymnasium (Main Gym).

  • Please be advised that Freshmen Orientation is only for our Freshmen Students and they will need to be in attendance the entire time (from 9:00am-1:00pm).
      

Attachments:

  • Please review each attached document for more detailed information to assist you in making our 26-27 Student Registration a success. Please pay particular attention to the attachments that contain directions for Student Aeries Data Confirmation (1. Registration_English_26-27 and 2. Registration_Spanish_26-27). Data Confirmation is very important and must be done prior to showing up for registration. For families that are unable to attend registration, Student Aeries Data Confirmation must be completed prior to the start of school.
  • Attached are also documents containing detailed information about Athletics and the items needed for athletic team participation, as well as how to access our one stop shop Online Student Store to order all things CHS including clothing, gear, and other CHS swag.
  • Additionally, there is an attachment on purchasing an ASB Card that supports CHS and gives our student cardholders perks all over campus!

    • Begin shopping to cut down on the time spent in line at registration!
  • You will also find additional attachments regarding Senior Packages, Senior Activities, and our Library/Media Center.
