How do I get a work permit?
- Download and complete the form B1-1 found in the PDF list below. This form requires parent and employer signatures.
PLEASE NOTE: STUDENT ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE ADDRESS THE SCHOOL HAS ON FILE.
- Return form B1-1 to the Career Center, Room A157, COMPLETE with parent and employer signatures.
- Once your completed paperwork has been received, staff will begin to process the request. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 days to process.
