How do I get a work permit?

1.   Download and complete the form B1-1 found on this page. This form requires parent and employer signatures. PLEASE NOTE: STUDENT ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE ADDRESS THE SCHOOL HAS ON FILE.
2. Return form B1-1 to the Career Center, Room A157, complete with parent and employer signatures.
3. Your work permit will be processed and issued. This process can take 3–5 days.
