    The school site provides Official Transcripts for the previous 2 graduation years.

    Please contact Student Support Services for Official Transcripts prior to the previous 2 years

    Ordering an official transcript via the Parchment website is safe, fast, and secure!

    • Parchment provides one free unofficial copy to download
    • Parchment charges approximately $4.65 per transcript

    For transfers outside of CVUSD, please contact the school district where the student resides to request an Inter District Transfer Permit. If student has an IEP, parent will need to contact the Special Education Department prior to the transfer being considered by Chino High School administrator.

    Please provide the following items to the school site once the application has been processed: Transcripts, Attendance, Discipline and IEP/504 if applicable.

    Transfer Application must be completed before enrollment

  • To Withdraw from Chino High School:

    • Please report to the Records office before 1st period on your last day of attendance
    • Parents will present ID and sign withdrawal paperwork, including information for the next school
    • Students will ask for exit grades and signatures from their teachers as they attend their classes
    • Students will obtain signatures clearing them from offices
    • Please bring all your textbooks, Chrome Book and student ID
    • At the end of the school day, student will return to the Records office and we will provide everything necessary for the registration at the next school
  • How to Update Your Address:

    • Please provide a copy of a current utility or if service is not established, we will also accept lease/mortgage paperwork or document from a government agency
    • You may send a copy with your student, you may drop it off in person at the Records office, or you may email a PDF to the Records Office.                        

     

  • Please contact the Registrar/Records office to arrange diploma pick-up.
