Back to School Night Reminder

Greetings Amazing Cowboy Families,
Just a friendly reminder that this Wednesday, September 2nd, is our annual Back to School Night (BTSN), followed by a Minimum Day Schedule on September 3rd. 

BTSN begins at 4:45 pm in the Lecture Hall with a voluntary (not mandatory) Title I Parent meeting and CHS Counselor presentation.

Classroom visits will begin at 5:30 pm with 1st period. For those parents of a zero period student, the 0 period classroom visit will begin at 5:15 pm. 

Lastly, ensure that you bring a screenshot of your child’s schedule making sure the period numbers and teacher names are visible. We look forward to a great night of parent-teacher communication and clarity. 

Also, I have attached a map to the campus buildings for your convenience. We will have student leaders walking around during the evening to assist with directions.
